We have over twenty years experience in preparing students for internationally-recognised examinations.

In our classes we distinguish between exam preparation and exam practice.

Exam preparation means that you are prepared at the appropriate English language level for your examination. For example, the Cambridge First Certificate examination tests for an Intermediate/Upper Intermediate level, while the Cambridge Advanced examination tests your English at the Advanced level.

Examination Classes

Registering for our exam classes couldn't be simpler. Come along to our school and pick up a registration form, or download the form and email it to us.

On the day you wish to begin classes, come to reception and, once your fees are paid, you will be given an enrolment test. When you have completed the test, it will be corrected by our Director of Studies. You may also have a short oral interview.

You will then be place in a class at your appropriate level.

It's as simple as that.

If , after a few classes, you feel that the level is too easy or too difficult, don't be afraid to let us know. You can tell your teacher, or reception, or the evening Director of Studies. We will do all we can to make sure that you are happy with the classes and the school !

  • An entrance test must be taken prior to joining the Four-Week IELTS Preparation Course. You should be an intermediate (CEF B1) standard and above.
  • The course focuses on academic English language skills, with a mock IELTS test and individual feedback on performance.
  • An IELTS course book, supplementary book and practice test book are provided to support your studies.
  • The minimum course entry age is 16, and the maximum group size is 15 students

  • The course includes a mock IELTS test carried out under exam conditions with individual feedback.
  • An IELTS course book, supplementary book and practice test book are provided to support your studies. .
  • Minimum age of student is 16 years old.

The maximum class size is 15 students
